This Privacy Policy describes how and when Huxlo collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from Huxlo, contact Huxlo, or otherwise use Huxlo services through huxlo.co.uk or its related sites and services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Huxlo does not own or control, including Shopify, Mailchimp, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon or any third party services you access through Huxlo.

You may also have rights to change, restrict use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where Huxlo is required to store data for legal reasons) Huxlo will generally delete your personal information upon request.

In such cases, Huxlo will delete your personal information unless Huxlo has compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
